I'd buy a Sansa Clip instead. Not much difference in size, fits more and, if you want, you can actually choose which track you want.
Well the Sansa Clip is about half the price of the Shuffle and boasts tons more functionality, but it's double the height, double the thickness and it's too much for what I want. The iPod is perfect with the exception of the dance required to update it.
