Canyon has finally responded...apparently they want to see higher quality images of the crack!
It's the exclamation point that really does it for me here.

Can't they just look at the other 2 they still have? Should be pretty obvious that it's the same.

Tell them if they want better quality pics they can send a photographer round.
Who did you buy the frame from in the first place? Direct from Canyon?
Whoever it was your contract is with them, so don't bother with any warranty bollocks if you don't have to.
