Right to get a sense of balance back into this thread again then, so far no word from Canyon, which is strange as they usually respond back quite quickly in terms of their HR department to resolve issue (maybe its a sign)
Oh well, after a few days to reflect on the amount of help you guys offered I've come to some reasonable conclusion in refunding my bike and some ideas of what to get after that:
The sensible option is probably the Dolan DF4, mainly because everyone who ride the track seems to be happy with their new bike and so far no bad feedback from the frameset itself. Only downfall in my eyes? seems like everyone has got one and its a tad plain in my eyes
Second option would be what @Sumo suggested is the Avanti Pista Team Evo II Olympic frameset on eBay, it very loud and I really like the look of it. Downside? probably when I add a normal bar and stem it will be very ugly!
Third and final choice would be the BMC TR01, as I know its not everyone's cuppa tea but in my eyes it looks fantastic! Few issues as I stated before is that I can't find any reviews of this frameset and from the few guys from Evans I talked to they say it is a very good frame. And that's basically it.
But the season for me is pretty much over for this year, so I will take my sweet ass time in picking the right frameset for me.
(Btw the Look LG96 is fantastic but I can't justify that amount of money, and Ed after my epic two aluminium frameset fails I want to go to a different direction for now)
