  • If they do a Hellcat Magnum then buy it.

  • Haha. Epic. Still lookin out for my firs Hellcat. Not seen one yet.

  • Hellcat Magnum? Sounds like an inept marketeer's attempt to come up with Ice Cream For Men.

  • Fit!

  • the future is here

  • and apparently it doesn't feature tyres...

  • Tow bar?

  • Or tyres so thin that they are solid rubber!

  • They did bring one in.

  • that fezza up top is hideous. Can't imagine the aerodynamics are that great either.

  • How about:

  • 3 problems with that:

    1. Not enough power. Only 275bhp from a 4 litre engine, FFS.
    2. Hen's teeth are easier to find, as is rocking horse poo.
    3. I've owned a Passat before. In terms of driving pleasure, responsiveness and feedback it was on a par with a narrow boat.
  • Hah, fair enough - I have no direct experience of them, just thought they were a fun idea. I also like the V10 Phaeton for broadly similar reasons

  • The audis are awful steers because the engine is hung out in front of the axle resulting in dead steering.
Shame you don't want a Merc cos that AMG 6.3 looks like a lot of fun.
How about a supercharged Range Rover?
    Or a Morris Traveller with a V8?

  • Can't get over the golfist image of Mercs. And the fact that twat Clarkson has one. Supercharged Rangie was an option, but Cycliste says No. My Moggy Trav's getting an Osselli 1380 Stage 2 A-series. Probably.

  • Your ban on modifications is making this tricky - the path to 400 bhp is fairly well understood for most Volvo estates, for example. It's a turbo upgrade away from mine, for example.

  • I know! But I really want one car that is both standard and not a kit car.

A remap doesn't really count as modifying and would get you close to 400bhp.

Passat W8s are cool. I wouldn't buy one, but I like them

  • Chrysler 300 SRT8 might be nice with that lovely hemi motor.

  • Could be stock...

  • Nissan though.
Never buy a car you have to explain.
"Yeah, it's a Nissan, but not one of those little Micras or a Minicab one, no it's a Japanese Domestic market estate with a six cyzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz"

  • I think "Skyline Estate" works quite well
