Not much action in essex then, I'm often riding my Ron cooper around the lanes of Rochford, Barling canewdon etc, give us a wave if you see me.

I can usually be found riding between Southend high-street and Eastwood, or any of the surrounding areas on a day off, if you see me around, give me a shout!!
