Full length isn't an option because of the TT cable guide type.

It might depend on what my LBS can get but who makes good sealed cabling? Just GORE?

If that sits in the tt guide, allowing a full-length cable to clip in then yes... but I'm not sure it does. The description on the jagwire site isn't giving me any clues.
