I checked this out a while back. Comparitively, the execs don't get much more than many other organisations that size. (There is obviously room for huge debate here!) And their services include lobbying, support, education etc..
The animal testing is completely not shocking given the nature of the disease.
Personally I would donate to a different charity.

Research indeed, involving, as I understand it, some pretty grim animal testing. Another reason I'm not going to be chucking ice water over my head anytime soon.
