hi. im after one of these please. and would consider a non riser quill- zoom or syncros.

Hi i have a 3t titanium quill 120mm very good condition looks great
or a cinelli 1R 100mm but condition is fairly used.
any good?

got to be 12cm.is the 3t riser or normal angled for road.if the later please could you pm me a pic
