where's my fucking snipers rifle!?

@bothwell Nicely done. I eventually managed to kill them by running straight for the cannon and staying at its side whilst shooting the guy on top of it, then dealt with the others with an explosive pistol. Just got to the area after that and now have some proper firepower...

@greenhell There's a green one in a crate under the boat with the dragon thing on it.

Theres a mission to collect bullymong fur near the start, which gets you a sniper rifle from Sir Hammerlock.
You have to kill them with a melee attack though, so you need to blast them until they are nearly dead before you run in and punch them inna face.

don't let Jeez hear you say Bullymong ffs.

@bothwell the little ledge trick is that on the boss at the top of the big treehouse type thing that dumps you out at the boat? if so I did the same thing there. still died a bajillion times though.

I found BL2 quite hard at the start (playing as Zero). I'm now in the 50's, play on True Vault hunter mode and find it a tad easy. Overpowered weapons ftw!

GTA Chinatown which is made for touchscreens is fucking ace.

It um, it might be. It was the first boss fight after meeting Hammerlock, and the last boss fight before getting on the boat and defeating Captain Flynt. I couldn't use my cowardy custard ledge trick on the Cap'm, more's the pity. The fireball-throwing twat.

ledge trick worked for me. can't imagine how else you're sposed to do it.

Got to captain Flynt last night and died when he started doing those shockwave things and unleashing flaming psychos.

I'm assuming the trick is to get up on to one of the many ledges, otherwise it seemed pretty doable.

Also, its a bit annoying having to traipse across the map and having to re-kill enemies to get to captain areas I've already reached.
I've managed to sneak past a few, dodging Boom and Bewm, who have magically respawned but need to do this every time I start the game.

Me too, I'm alternating between playing a L54 Gaige and a L50 Zero. I've finished True Vaulthunter mode, and I'm working my way though the DLCs before I start on Ultimate Vaulthunter mode.
It does seem to get easier as you level up and get massively powerful weapons, but there is still a monster every so often who seems almost indestructible.
I'm currently playing the Sir Hammerlock's Big Game Hunt DLC, and the big boss at the end is kicking my arse. Luckily I've got some side missions to go back and complete, before I have another go.
I also accidentally sold my best corrosive sniper rifle, and by the time I noticed it was gone it wasn't available to buy back from the machine. Gutted.

Annoyingly they haven't updated it for the iPhone 5 screen, but I remember playing it on my 4 for many hours. If you played the original GTA back in 97 you'll love it.

Yeah, that's mega-annoying. It's only safe to quit the game when you've got to a fast travel point which is absolute bullshit as so much stuff goes on between them. Good target practice, though, I suppose.

Who has played season 2 of the Walking Dead? I've been putting off buying it because I really enjoyed season 1 and I'm scared that season 2 won't be as good and will ruin it for me. I know that season 2 has just finished so I'm idly considering just sacking up and buying it.

Is it as good as season 1? Will I regret getting it and playing it? Are my fears unfounded?!

Currently awaiting the last episode for my iPhone on Thursdays, apparently it's fantastic.

So far it's been great. It's suffered a little from second album syndrome (I.e. The quality is there, but the novelty is not) in places, but overall worth it. I'll get back to you on Friday when I've finished Episode 5. But it won't ruin the first season for you.

I still have the last episode of season 1 to play, should really get back on it.
