Rather a perennial question I want a good quality steel frame with track ends, clearance for 28c + mudguards, 1 1/8 headtube and drilled rear brake bridge. What options do I have? Is there anything better than a Bob Jackson Vigorelli for ca. £500? I'd rather not go Steve Goff.
