I have 28mm PT on the road bike (when in touring mode) and 1.5 x 26" TG on the commuter, so obviously not that comparable, but I have to say I was a bit disappointed with the evenness of the width on the PT, which seems to have a few bulges in places. Performed well enough on tour though (a couple of punctures from massive hawthorns I think)
