The dust covers are fine where they are, I think - they are a little proud but the older pattern Pista and Strada hubs I have on hand in that pattern look almost the same - the cone is probably from a late model road hub, just before they swapped over to the oversize axle. HB-CH004, possibly. These were pretty shallow.
IIRC, the Pista cone was always specific to the Pista hub. HB-RE005 is the current part number. Have you still got one of the old cones so that you can do a direct side-by-side comparison? Did you order HB-RE005 or did you order by description? Easy to come unstuck ...
There should be one of each type of cone (at least) here in the workshop - I may have to whip one out of a hub to measure it up for you, though, so will check for you Sunday AM. Too late now!
