@Butters Went in to today and saw who Im assuming is Alex. Good guy. Sorted my hub on the spot. Took him a while to get the old cartridge out because of my abuse of the hub but charged me a very reasonable price and was really helpful.
@Skully Thanks. Yeah that sounds like the dude. He wasn't rude or anything, just a bit uninterested and I've never really felt any inclination to trek over to BLB.
@Dicki My LBS is Bike Boutique in Winchmore Hill. They've been really helpful in the past and I get along with the owner so this was a one-off. I rode past today and it looks like they've just closed down anyway. Loads of stuff stacked against the the storefront and a sign in the window. Didn't have time to stop and see what it said but it will be a shame if they have shut up shop.
