This is awesome. There is one locked daily at the station by mine and I adore it. Cant believe it is someones station bike.
Perhaps I should offer them a score for it one day and see if they dont value it that highly ;)

It is really cool, I'm kind if going through that phase of not being able to stick to one bike.
I can't afford several so it's one at a time and I only manage to keep something a few weeks before getting the itch again.
Sucks really. -

Haha true, though for some reason I wasn't really attached.
I first got it and thought, this will get me to work, then later thought its actually pretty cool, then yeah I'm gonna make this awesome, then I'm bored with it already, then here we are.
I'm in a "phase"
I bought this bike from the owner of a local auction who has hundreds of bikes and thousands of other items in a huge barn and hasn't got a clue about any of them. Its no secret that I paid not very much for it but I've given it a service and what not and I'd like to let it go for a fair price.
It was unrideable when I got it, it had a stuck seat post, the cables were seized amongst other things.
I'm not sure of the size and I only have a ruler for measuring but I make it roughly:
TT 56 c-c
ST 58 c-t, 56 c-c (I'm about 6"1 and it fits pretty good)
These frames were produced between 1990 and 1993 I believe
Steel tubes bonded in Alu lugs (Forks and stays are the only parts welded)
Raleigh 2070 tubes which I believe is Reynolds 653 equivalent.
Reynolds mono stay and forks
Original rad 90's pink paint
3ttt Stem
ITM bars but will throw in the original 3ttt bars (scratched around clamp area)
Full Shimano 600EX Tricolor group set including:
Front and rear derailleurs, calipers and levers, headset, down tube shifters, crankset 53/42
Shimano aero seat post
Vetta saddle
Shimano 1056 clipless pedals (currently on generic wellgo flat pedals)
Mavic rims laced to Shimano Santé hubs
hyperglide 7 speed cassette
I've changed the cables and added a new SRAM chain as well as Cinelli pink bar tape to match
Perfect mechanical condition though the headset could do with a service/change but its worked fine for me for 150 miles. Theres a small amount of surface rust in a couple of places but mainly around the rear brake internal routing holes.
I've had a look around and recently a couple of these frames have gone up on the forum for between £100-£150 and a Shimano 600 group set went for sale for £100
So for the whole bike, everything you see plus the original pedals and bars £250 please :)
