Cheap Fixed Gear

Hi there,

I've been wanting to buy a fixed gear bike for a while now and I finally decided to buy one.
The problem is that I'm on a really tight budget (About 300 euro's). Ofcourse I would like to build one completely from scratsh, but I'm afraid I have neither the knowledge nor the money for that..
After browsing for a while now, the best I could find was this: http://www.bikester.be/351031.html
Is this a good bike for it's price, or is there a better alternative? (I live in Belgium btw)

Have you looked at 2nd hand bikes? Just like with used cars most used bikes will be sold at a fraction of their original cost. You being in Belgium makes things more difficult, otherwise I would have suggested to get a bike from the classifieds as people on here are a lot more honest about what they sell and the prices they set (vs. eBay for example). But I'm sure Belgian eBay will turn up some results? There are also some people from the Netherlands on here who sell bikes, I imagine postage to Belgium from the Netherlands will be much less than from the uk. Hope that helps
