Looking for a replacement for GP4000s. Too many side wall cuts on conti tyres recently. I've got some michelin pro4 sc but already had one puncture and don't look like they'd cope with UK roads v well. So any suggestions on 'racing' clinchers?
Would you mind to explain what happened and how? We rode up and down some very rough alpine off-road on these tyres and no failure.
Sounds like you need training (not racing) tyres. They are less soft and usually have harder sidewalls... something like a Durano.
