Do you think the main reason he hasn't admitted it is because he is too ashamed to admit to friends and family that he lied to them? It seems to be a recurring pattern with dopers. It would be interesting to know if he had any doctor / facilitator, or whether he was doing it solo.
It was also revealing to see Pete Keannaugh taking the piss out of his dehydration story on twitter. I wonder what the other Sky riders made of it when they realized he was a donkey.
