If you read the whole decision the panel said the blood test showed he wasn't dehydrated at all and the Dr. presenting his defence was making up science as he went along.
The OFF score of the test Sky did on him two days after the ABP one was right on the limit of an automatic flag for the ABP which is 133 and he hit a 127.
The ABP sample was over >150
