It works beautifully! I'd even argue it's a bit bit too clean...I've only tried it with my drum machine, so not the best instrument but for £310 I'm happy.
I think they stored it poorly hence the rust on the handle and on that side of the box. I thought it'd be totally fucked. The rollers and head also have bits of corrosion too, but it's all light surface stuff. I guess the tape can always be left in there to grit it up.
