Garden of England cycle tour

I am planning to do the Garden of England cycle tour (from Hasting to London, passing from Dover and Chanterbury) along the south-eastern coast.

Any of you knows the route ? Do you have any particular suggestion for places to see, beers to drink or fish food to eat ...?? :)

Fish is great in Hastings, they still have a beach launched fleet so you can fish fresh off the boat.

Try Camber to Rye to Lydd - a lot of it is on cycle lanes. Definitely head for Dungeness, it's worth the detour. Up along the coast to Folkestone is OK, some of it cycle lane. You might find some back road routes, check Sustrans. Sorry, I don't know north of Deal. Inland there are beautiful empty lanes made for cycle touring.
