Here's an odd one- has anybody injured their ear running?
Went out last week for a long run, part way through realised my right ear was clicking quite a lot. Ever since then it's like somethings rattled loose- seems very unstable/ lots of clunking and clicking, 'burbling' whenever I touch my face, and now tinnitus (sp?).
Little bit worried. Have an appointment with a specialist booked, but still seems strange.
