  • Not "bad" but worth bearing in mind...

If two items look the same and one is priced lower despite not looking any different cosmetically, it will be in a poorer condition.

I purchased a number of cheaper stems in order to fine-tune my cockpit setup. I ended up keeping a Pearl and I sold two Jags to forumengers without installing them. It turns out that the top bolt on one of the Jags was a little rounded out. It was apparently still functional and the buyer was happy but had I spent a couple of quid more this would not have been the case.

I guess "You get what you pay for" rings true obviously.

In my experience with NJS Export, they are genuinely nice guys who will go out of their way to help you, they have a large, constantly expanding stock and despite their efforts to document everything, from time-to-time their photography doesn't cover all bases so you should use the prices to help make your decisions too however enticing the bargains appear.

  • Got to agree with @privatepatterson on the price thing.

I would suggest always going for the most expensive options they have, which on the grand scheme of things ain't that expensive most of the time.

Particularly with some of these frames, they have trully outstanding framebuilding quality, which would cost you an absolute fortune to have replicated in the UK.
