If you read a few posts up you will see someone writing about the Cycle Surgery at Wandsworth and how helpful the mechanic is.
I definitely have no problem with people choosing independent stores over chain stores, but deciding a chain store has terrible service without even trying just sounds daft, as the countless positive experiences at chain stores described here shows.
