It does just look like a taxi wrap but that's probably better. Tweet RB and tell them that this cab driver is seriously damaging their brand. They will speak with the taxi wrap agency who will remove the wrap from the cab in question which will directly hit his revenue etc.

You might be able to pick out the conversation but the quality won't be great. Also, the camera won't be facing the cab window.
