The Today view shows anything that was modified today.
That includes:
- New conversations
- Updates to existing conversations
- New events
- Updates to existing events
- New messages
- Updated to existing messages
- Newly registered profiles
- Updated profiles
I didn't include forums themselves, as then the list would just be full of the forums most frequently updated.
