Bothwell is right, i had to have the arms in my cylcing top let out.
If you find a normal tailor, im sure they could do it for the cost that they would do a work shirt. I would suggest supplying the material for the change if youre adding material as they will probably not have cycling specific material.
But to be honest, i have no idea what the discussions about.
