Yes, he was a bit of a cheeky chappie, sneaking his bike on whilst we tried to negotiate extra places for us all.

Anyway, you will be glad to hear that we introduced him to our very own travelling porn star

and a three stone gibbering wreck was seen staggering to the first aid post at Paddington after an eventful train journey.

Did that kid sneak on? What a cheek! Am still mentally drafting my rant to FGW - though I could just do a find'n'replace job on Benjam's epic missive after the Bath ride.

Thanks all for your limitless patience with my cough mechanicals. My left brake hood is now loose - might wait till my next long forum ride to do anything about it.

The jumped up little fella who spoilt our return was replaced by another when the next train drew in, and he wouldn't let another guy get on. I had been having quite a pleasant chat with him on the platform, and when I turned round to see if he was on the train the guard had marched him off.
Such a good fun ride though, I must get to do some more of these.
