'riding like a dick' is entirely subjective. In your scenario, the only person allowed to make that call is the one who can inflict the most damage - the driver. If i ride in primary i'm riding perfectly safely. cuntybollocks in a car behind me interprets that as 'riding like a dick' as i'm holding him up, and proceeds to buzz the next poor sod who takes the lane. slowclap.
