They had my Stratos for nearly two weeks, I paid the charges and then was told their payment system was down and they couldn't confirm it had been paid or something. despite me ringing them up 10 times and offering to ride to the depot with a bank statement to prove the money had left my account. Fuck parcel force.
glad it got here eventually though...
