Do you use a specific server?

In. I will be on from 7, 7 30, prob take 30 to get to Koz.

I'll be on from 6:30ish?

Re. Server - nothing specific as they're all so flakey. If I'm the first on I'll try to find one that seems half full so there are other people but enough spaces so that we can all fit on. You can then join me ingame from Steam "underscoreCYOAunderscore" (but actual underscores rather than words) or I can write the server name here and people can join manually.

I'm either Ghost, Mule, or MuleManning not sure which off hand as I'm at work

That can be solved:
http://www.dayzdb.com/map is a very usable map of the complete area.
Now just find the nearest town, and start reading signs.
You'll find out where you are in no time.

I hate that road signs are in Russian but maps are in English

Yep - that was me! I tried to change my graphics settings down to get a better frame rate but setting to 'lowest' somehow changed it to like 320x240 so I could only see these surreal block shaped images of a person. Also it affected the cursor so that every time I moved the mouse it disappeared meaning I couldn't change it back. Took me ten minutes of standing still during which time you kindly coked me up.

Shame you didn't see my in-game chat to you afterwards. I wrote I was meeting people in Balota and asked if you wanted to come along! :) Immediately after I left you I got pursued by a zombie who must have glitched because she chased me and bit me for about 10 miles. I nearly bled out but eventually she just disappeared and I could bandage.

Good fun last night guys, though a very slow start. A server restart meant I died once, then got respawned into a nest of zombies and then respawned in the far north east (where I met @Mule - albeit not realising who it was).

Eventually made it to Zelenogorsk in the south west and had some fun. Let's do it again soon. Perhaps a better solution would be to arrive in a prearranged location already so we're good to go from the outset?

Thats a very good plan.
I had fun, shame it was quite quiet and I ended up a touch drunk.
Pretty damn well equipped now, maybe we should have a DayZ weekly meet up spot? Move around the map so somewhere new each week and others can get to and join whenever?
