Super weird.
We made a point of keeping the input as a simple
<textarea />to be more sure that mobiles didn't do weird things. -

I had this bug with a few other pages (facebook for example) in Chrome on Android too.
Could be a bug in Android/Chrome.

Chrome on Android.
It appears its stopped doing it now.
It would delete the last character inputted and then randomly input text when pressing delete.
