That seems to all be those who've used GroupOn.
The problem there is that GroupOn are the point of sale and will take care of billing, etc... whilst someone else then has to deliver on the item. Plus GroupOn take an enormous cut, meaning the revenue for the supplier is non-existent so it becomes hard to then offer any service to those customers.
Definitely sounds like a fuck-up, and makes me wary of getting the deal. The deal also doesn't appear to be exclusive in any way, so why bother?
I'm fairly sure that if we do it direct rather than via the cluster fuck that is GroupOn that the service levels will be better, the ability to cancel more clear and obvious.
But it remains the case that I'll only do this if people want it.

reading the comments underneath it seems plenty people pissed
off with Groupon offers of a 'taster' box of 3 or 4 leading to continuous credit charge of £24 pcm which was very difficult to cancel.
