Loose LH side crank arm

My LH crank constantly keeps coming loose on my Miche cranks. Is it the end for them or apart from constant tightening is there anything I can do. Had this before with other cranks and eventually they stay tight but it doesn't seem to gonna happen this time. Should I bin em'?.

Just replace the lh crank.

The taper will be knackered so it'll never stay tight again.
