So a slightly unsuccessful day today after the first attempt to put this together. Just finished dismantling the donor bike when it started to rain.
Not too much dismantling required - I've taken the crankset, rear derailleur and a shifter cable. Everything then went back into the shed.
Noticed these little holes as I was doing so: front dropout adjusters? Never seen them in the wild before.
Hopefully when I get some more time I'll be able to finish this off. Annoyingly it looks like the AX brakes I've got are for non-recessed bolts - didn't know they even existed like that.
