Rubber came with cables.

How did you attach those brakes on that fork?

That's the standard fork. They're way more integral than they look. The big, brutal design of the fork makes it look like there's a reinforced collar there but its inbuilt. That's how they come off the peg. Solid.

Yep - as Wrongcog says, they are untouched and they have the braze-ons that will take Cantilevers or V brakes. The forks are really robust.
