If someone has never posted, and hasn't been active... then that's an easier decision. But when is an account no longer active when they've posted? I've had people re-join LFGSS after 5 years using an old email and be thankful that they had their old account still.

You don't need to delete @mules's account, just change his name (a little) and explain why if he comes back and asks. @Mule🚴 mule has contributed a lot and his forum name it clearly means a lot to him or her
