This is Safari. It has a bug in WebKit that others (such as Google Chrome) have fixed.
When performing a redirect, they drop any #anchor . We are aware of it and will be testing possible workarounds soon.
I've noticed a problem with Safari, seemingly on both OS X and iOS, where the jump to latest comment doesn't work. From comparing with Chrome it seems the part of the address after the offset is being dropped. So what in Chrome is:
http://www.lfgss.com/conversations/252832/?offset=350#comment11755714
in Safari is:
http://www.lfgss.com/conversations/252832/?offset=350
Can't properly tell in iOS, but I imagine it's the same thing.
So far, that's the only niggle, the rest is great.
