Still happening occasionally on all my platforms (win 7, FF Chrome and IE and Android). Signing out and back in does seem to cure it.

Yeah, sorry I wrote that without thinking it through. What I really meant was it happened on each of my platforms. I don't think it has re-occurred on any one I've signed in and out of, tho it seemed to happen a lot over the weekend, that'll be down to all the various permutations I use to access the site.
