  • They don't like it up 'em do they?

  • All done.

    #cookout

  • Against my better judgement, I've just bought a ticket for Sunday at Southampton. Planning on riding down early (or at least part of the way, maybe get the train out part of the way).

Anyone fancy joining? Either for the ride or the cricket. Few tickets left.

  • would anyone be up for some T20 action? Im gunna head up to chelmsford to watch the mighty Essex play Hampshire. Should be a good'un

  • A start with Cooks 95
    Can't feel optimistic though

  • Are England about to win a test?

Good point on TMS from Vic Marks: Moeen Ali has better figures from last three tests than Swann had towards his last few. Time the bashing stopped and we gave him some support.

  • I like him and he seems to be steadily improving.

  • Moeen can be the new Giles. Unrespected off spinner to cult figure. Maybe.

The King is dead. Long live the King.

    Please no!

  • He does seem to have a knack of getting wickets with balls that don't spin...

  • the beard to be feared

  • decent start

  • jason roy

  • decent middle as well. Bad toss to win...

  • Decent indeed. broad 6 fer 25!
    Amazing collapse.

  • I'd say 152 is a let off. England to lose by ten wickets, minimum.

  • Could be considering recent form (Discounting Southampton fluke)

  • bowled out opposition for 152 on first day before tea after losing the toss, and your still not happy?

  • I'd say 152 is a let off. England to lose by ten wickets, minimum.

Hope you didn't put money on that one:)
    3-day test ftw
    Moeen ftw

  • Nice tidy win for England and Moeen is definitely the new Giles.

  • ^King of Spain?

  • Not all of it, just the kingdom of Granada.

  • Ingurlund having a bowl...

I know they're only £30 which isn't too bad, will there be any chance of cheaper tickets if this goes to the 5th day? I can see the Oval from my house, been to a few of the Surrey T20 games since moving here.

  • if the match gets to a point where a full days play isn't likely then they drop prices, but not before the fourth day. So yeah, fifth or fourth day might be cheaper. If you live nearby then might as well pick up some cheap ``half day'' tickets.
