According to the website the answer is yes, provided that:
- You bought the jersey from Rapha
- You bought it within the last year
- You've lost weight through riding
Not sure how they check the last one.

Considering the Pt jersey isn't I the sale anyway (in current colours). That seems a good option.
I would have done the same. But my jersey was a Turkish eBay jobbie.
