I guess you'd need something to hook under the bearing to pull it off, but your bearing puller might fit. You'd also need something (PVC pipe etc) to get the new bearing on, similar to crown race installation.
As an addendum to my above woes, I managed to get my PT crank off fine with a cheap car bearing puller. the Park puller was just a pile of shite.
