I know I'm old inside... :) but I can't just imagine the sparkles of a mirror finished modern rim on a scratched and abused 80's pure pedigree pursuit frame... it's going to be a sort of beater but far from a funny bike...
I actually have an ergostem and risers in case I want to make it younger somedays :)
