Potters Bar was a good choice, I don't think I would have chanced Surrey with the way I felt. Was a nice evening, save for that rainstorm that rained on us and us alone. WNKR - we generate our own weather systems.

Next Week, do whatever you wan't, I'm going to the Proms. I dunno where the proms stands in whole Ikea / 'Wimbledon the day after' spectrum but I know it's up there.

Seems a bit wanky, or should that be wnkry.

Should future WNKR rides be individual events or kept here in this thread?

I have yet to investigate the events system. Can you roll the events on or would it be a new thread for each ride.

Actually am I missing the point here? Would the idea be that we set up a WNKR forum and then start events within that for each ride?

I think that is very much the thinking of those in charge. VB has said he will introduce a 'create your own forum' function, then threads and events can be created in there.

I saw in the test site people were creating forums but that hadn't seemed to have been carried over, tho it seems that VB is just delaying the introduction of them, presumably so we don't all get overwhelmed by too many changes too quickly.
