Another belt on it's way out. They have only been lasting about two months each so far. Wear has been even across the belt, alignment is good, tension is good. When they do go, they go very quickly with teeth pinging off everywhere. While it works it is fantastic though - just wish they actually lasted like they said they should.
Last resort is increasing the size of the rear pulley (as I have one spare belt left).
I also sent an email through to Gates (again) to see if they have any answers at all, or any updates to the construction of the belt.
