I am not liking this change. It has made me very sad. Am I the only one?
There seems to be a lot of white space, I'd favour a bit more compact so I had to do less scrolling (and back to 50 posts per page for less clicking).

I prefer 25 posts per page, but I think there should be an option as there used to be in vBulletin.

Also, where can I get a bit of swageing done? I bought a frame off ebay, it got damaged in the post, the bottom of the head tubes a bit bent in and needs swageing out, according to the seller. Never heard the term before. He reckons LBS would do it, anyone know a place in London that would do it?

how do I make the text smaller without just shrinking everything (width of page etc)?

Unlikely a bike shop would have the correct tool.
A tube roller/expander may be useful.

Hi all. Can't seem to log in as I can't remember my email address from way back when!
Does anyone know of a site that maps car-pedestrian collisions and car-bicycle collisions in and around London over the last few years? I am writing to my local MP about some bad urban design and would like to be armed with some stats to bolster my position, if they are available.

Anyone have any recommendations for a iphone app that I can upload some of these routes to, and use my iphone as a satnav? Ideally in my pocket with just a headphones telling me where to go?
Or are there any cycle sat-navs that actually work? My experiences with Garmin haven't been great.Anyone?

If a thread hasn't been updated yet it won't show up. If you want to remove a thread from following list open the thread and it's in the bar on the right, if you have a reduced window width u need to press the 3 dots in the top right

I don't know about uploading routes to it, but I have found 'CoPilot' a good GPS app. Importantly (for me) it works offline too, so didn't destroy my mobile download limits.

Gawd, I wrote the best reply to this on the old forum...
either for a flat Rack Velo Orange front rack which will mount directly to caliper brake and axles (see Freshtripe Cycles)
or for a lowrider rack these
There are other work arounds for a cheaper flat rack involving p clips or modified washers

I've stopped following a couple of threads by using the bar on the right ( including this one ), but they're still on my following list.

Have new posts appeared again? I believe (from what I've seen) the following list is like a time line of thing you follow so to stop following will stop new posts but old posts will just shift down like normal.

Have new posts appeared again?
Yep, still getting the 'New' notification for those threads.
-
• #62522
And there not posts that are in reply to you or have you tagged? If you return to the thread does it say you still follow the thread?
-
• #62523
No, this thread for example http://www.lfgss.com/conversations/252824/
I posted once, haven't been replied to or tagged and it's giving me the option to 'follow'.
That one is still giving me updates of new posts.

It's a bug.
You can't "unfollow" at the moment. It's known (look for the Bug hunting thread).
Anyone au fait with Excel?
I have two sheets worth of data, one of customer_id's and associated sales totals, and one with customer_id + all the persons details. How on earth do I reference these columns so that I can get a list of these sales totals by customers name instead of id?
