Bedwetters List:
For clarity, the last time you went to Surrey was on an unsanctioned WNKR so it didn't count, so there, blows raspberry.

possibly.. will muse..
(although going on current riding form/appearances.. unlikely!)

• #754
Not able to make this. Have a good ride.

I am going to have to concede that there is little to no chance of me making it. Last nights bravado has caught up with me. I am only just starting to be able to keep liquids down and still feel a long way off forcing anything solid past my lips. So barring a miracle you will have to do without me, I know Jim knows the way and so should a few of you others.

No MoN, no youramericanlover, and no YAL either. At least MoN has a decent excuse.

I'm wavering. Keep getting periods of feeling all right. Might attempt PB if you switch it.

Might attempt 5 Hills if you don't
-
• #762
Might fall into a bush, throw up and take a taxi home whichever you choose.

I think the new ladies Death TT Champion is avoiding us because she wants to do 5 hills.

^^ Bet you're not sad that the times got lost in the great transition ....
Potters Bar is good for me - I will prob be training it, to keep the tradition alive. Will PM you my number, in case things change.

Don't worry, the times have all been saved and re-posted in the relevant thread. I hadn't realised Russell beat me.

i have no idea how this new forum works. lets hope this works.
i'm up for potters bar -
• #769
I'm on a train. We'll find out how good an idea this is soon. I bought a return ticket just in case.

• #770
eh?
Pretty sure I heard my time as 5:45, but not sure I was in a fit state to handle numbers
-
• #771
So it looks like new forum can't handle lists very well but has got a rather good events function.
Should future WNKR rides be individual events or kept here in this thread?
-
• #772
So when did effingham change to potters bar? Would have turned up if I'd have known.
-
• #773
^ I think the chat was lost in the transition between Monday post-3pm and late-morning yesterday when the new site went live.
Well done to all who made it, a night in with Diazapam and a complex Vietnam war novel was not what I had in mind for last night. Still pretty intense evening however.

Don't fuck with WNKR. I selfishly switched the locations, double PUNKture, I rode home on my rims. I took some photos for @YAL which are beyond blurred.
Next Week, do whatever you wan't, I'm going to the Proms. I dunno where the proms stands in whole Ikea / 'Wimbledon the day after' spectrum but I know it's up there.
Thanks though fellow riders, I had fun.

Potters Bar was a good choice, I don't think I would have chanced Surrey with the way I felt. Was a nice evening, save for that rainstorm that rained on us and us alone. WNKR - we generate our own weather systems.

Seems a bit wanky, or should that be wnkry.

I have yet to investigate the events system. Can you roll the events on or would it be a new thread for each ride.
Actually am I missing the point here? Would the idea be that we set up a WNKR forum and then start events within that for each ride?
