All the tech you mentioned although sold as 'reliable' when broke is hard to mend on road side or get replacement in shops easily ..
My missus is not an expert mechanic (tbh she cant do much except changing a tube/repairing flat, adjusting calliper brakes) if it was me I'd keep it as simple as possible mechanically.
