Albeit without the head butting and rib cage elbowing of the Japanese Keirin, this event was incredibly enjoyable - I can't wait to get on the track myself one day.

Great day, some quality racing and a good crowd, even the girlfriend loved it, look forward to the next one.

Had a great day. Can't wait for the next one, as I need to improve on my 5th place.

Hopefully I'll have my rear wheel fixed before my next race, can't believe I punctured going round the warm up track.

Any plans in doing an event at Lee Valley before the year is out?

I also really enjoyed the (novice) racing, although I definitely need to improve for next time! That wind was a real killer. Also, it would be much nicer to have a real derny. We had one at track league last Wednesday.

Would be awesome if there was a Keirin event at Lee Valley. I am also hoping that track league will start in the Winter time at LV.

I really enjoyed this event, good weather, good crowd, great racing!

Brilliant Afternoon.... and as Winston announced that there was the British National Derny Paced Championships at Herne Hill the next day, that turned out to be another top time....and at Reading Track next Saturday 9th at 1pm there is the Reading DernyFest Meeting.... it just gets better
