Not to tempt fate, but I don't think the thieves have jumped on the 'fixie' bandwagon yet. All of the people I know who steal bikes go for flashy mtbs/bmxs and try and flog the parts afterwards. I use a cheap d-lock, or a combination spiral cable thing on my bike, and it's not been nicked yet!
