  • Pretty much everything below the TT is spot on.

  • Looking forward to the build.

  • ^^^ hopefully its not getting those wheels ..

  • I remember someone posting a link to a french builder who built with max and was dirt cheap. Can anyone else remember and point me in the right direction?

  • someone posted a link to a rychtarski ebay listing before and mentioned an email address for a cheaper rate on the frames. any ideas?

  • thankig u

  • Landshark Columbus Max for sale :

  • Fuuuuuuuuuuck

    want so bad

  • Hi,
this is my first post here on lfgss! I just finished my build, and thought it might be appreciated here... only things I still want to change are the bottle cages (the ones on there now are old and ugly) and a nicer stem (once I have decided on a length).
    thanks for looking!

  • My max rychtarski. Has 22mm veloflex at front. Around 5mm of clearance now, which is sufficient.

  • Quite interested in why you got it built that tight?

Pendle has about that clearance with a 21 I think and it's just not practical for anything.

  • the pendle is pactical for track use :)

  • yowwwwwch

    give me to it

  • My Olmo with new pics :

  • Only with 19c, not allowed to ride anything larger with the clearance round here.

  • That's that shit! This thing rules.

  • I am looking for a genuine MAX fork crown for a while now, does anyone know where I could find one, or someone who might be willing to sell one to me?

It's got to be the smooth type (0° angle for curved blades) that you see on most image in this thread.

Thanks in advance for your help! (PM please)

  • rychtarski

  • Sure? All Rychtarskis I see have max crowns of taiwanese origin

  • Columbus MAX crown overview:

Genuine MAX, lugged (often with panto, 0° rake):

Genuine MAX, smooth (usually 0° rake, I guess any visually straight-bladed forks built with this crown are actually curved blades which are curved just very slightly):

Long Shen (Taiwan) MAX, lugged (usually with 7° rake, also available as wide CX version):

Long Shen (Taiwan) MAX, smooth (usually with 7° rake):

Samson (Japan) MAX, smooth (0° rake, with ring that (I guess) can be smoothed if desired):

Venom MAX, smooth (not sure where this comes from, just saw it once here on the forum):

    Custom made MAX:

Columbus AIR (similar to Genuine MAX smooth, but other blades and different teardrop design)

  • These are Rycharski Max forks...and also for sells if you're that way inclined
